Introduction
The project's main objective is to develop a robust, accurate, and
reliable numerical library capable of performing fast, secure, and
efficient calculations. The library will provide to the scientific and
industrial community with a wide range numerical algorithms for
applications such as:

- Solution of Ordinary and Partical Differential Equations

- Finite Element Method

The numerical library will be developed in C++ and Java and will be
released under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
